Community Solutions is a 70-year-old non-profit organization based in Yellow Springs, Ohio, USA which promotes energy reduction strategies in the household sector as solutions for Peak Oil and Climate Change.
Community Solutions organizes conferences, produces reports and booklets from its original research, writes articles and books – notably the acclaimed book Plan C: Community Survival Strategies for Peak Oil and Climate Change (2008) and The Green Tragedy: LEED’s Lost Decade (2009) – and produces films such as the award-winning documentary, The Power of Community: How Cuba Survived Peak Oil (2006).
