MOVED TO THE 23RD! Winter is here and there’s nothing growing, right? Wrong! This skill share will explore season extension inside an unheated greenhouse and outside under row cover protection. The team at S.O.U.P. will show us how they grow greens, even in during the winter! But wait, there’s more! We will also be harvesting, preparing, cooking, and tasting several types of greens. This is a hands-on event, so please be prepared to help! Since this event will take place in several unheated and semi-heated spaces, dressing in layers is recommended.
