What is a fibershed?
It is a local region from which all resources(fiber, dyes, labor) to create textiles and clothing are sourced https://www.fibershed.com/

~Agraria (Community Solutions) and Rust Belt Fibershed are working to develop regional fiber systems that promote regenerative environmental practices, ethical local labor, and community building

~Join us for a night of networking with local fiber farmers, dye growers, and artisans; Engage in discussions about the importance of building a regional textile and clothing network; Participate in planning future Fibershed workshops, documentary screenings, and farm tours in our region

Where: Dayton Metro Library(Downtown Branch) Conference Room 1A, 1B
When: 26 Jan 2019 4-6pm
Who: All farmers, fiber artists, natural dyers and citizens interested in building, promoting and protecting our local fiber network are welcome
