Agraria Volunteer Day: Honeysuckle Clearing or Barn Work

Last week we made a lot of progress on brush clearing - thank you so much for the help! This Wednesday and Friday, we are seeking help clearing more honeysuckle and brush both around the main campus and adjacent to the closest field to open up an area for some beehives that a honeybee researcher at CSU will be putting in. If it is rainy, we will be prepping the barn for the floor re-build, clearing the basement of dirt, or potting up oak and hickory seedlings that the Glen donated to us. Date: Wednesday, May 2nd & Friday, May 4th
Time: 9am-noon
Activities: Honeysuckle and brush clearing, brush hauling; Rain plan: barn prep for floor re-build, shoveling dirt from basement floor, potting up seedlings.
Wear: Close-toed shoes, long pants, long sleeve shirt, bring water
