Join us for a two-week Permaculture Design Course intensive in Southwest Ohio at Agraria, our 128-acre farm, where we are developing a center for soil health education, regenerative land use practices, community business incubation, and sustainable agriculture. Combining lecture with hands-on practice, the course will be taught by Peter Bane, president of the Permaculture Institute of America and author of The Permaculture Handbook. He will draw from decades of experience in practical permaculture design to teach us about soil, climate, and the carbon cycle; food production and nutrition; natural building; economics and finance; design concepts; and more.
The schedule for this course has been revised. Week one will take place from September 30 - October 6, with the remaining week rescheduled for a time when both Peter and the ticket-holding students are available. Spend two weeks with us in Yellow Springs, OH, and take home a lifetime of valuable skills!
