Local Food Potluck (Fall Preservation)

Location: Yellow Springs Methodist Church basement, 202 S. Winter St, Yellow Springs, OH

The event will be free and open to the public. Attendees are encouraged to make and bring dishes from locally sourced foods (In June, that could include peas, strawberries, asparagus, kohlrabi, beets, and greens to name a few). To start the potluck off, Carmen Milano will demonstrate how to prepare a few seasonal dishes with some of the foods you might find at a farmer's market or through a CSA. While we eat, a local farmer will share about their story or a topic of their choice.
